Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this window will not be entertained. Please ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.
Eligible for Return
- • Item received in damaged or defective condition
- • Wrong item delivered
- • Item significantly different from product description
Not Eligible
- • Custom / personalised orders (photo frames, name signs, etc.)
- • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer
- • Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- • Digital products and downloadable sticker files
How to Return
Step 1: Initiate a Return
Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp with your order ID and reason for return.
Step 2: Approval
Our team reviews your request within 1–2 business days and confirms eligibility.
Step 3: Ship the Item
Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
Step 4: Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect the item, the refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Note: Refunds are processed to the original payment method only. UPI and wallet payments are typically refunded within 3–5 business days; card payments may take up to 7–10 business days depending on your bank.
