2. Products & Orders

All products on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Product images are for illustrative purposes — slight variations in colour, texture, and finish are natural characteristics of handmade items. Custom/personalised orders are non-cancellable once production has begun. Please review all customisation details carefully before confirming your order.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed at the time of order. We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and select digital wallets. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (courier delays, holidays, weather, etc.). We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. Please inspect your package upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items only. Custom/personalised orders are non-returnable. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, product designs, text, logos, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Zynfos Solutions and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our explicit written permission.

7. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zynfos Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
